Renewable Exchange has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Service Award at the Scottish Green Energy Awards 2021 organised by Scottish Renewables.
“It’s really great to move from Innovation Awards, when we were starting out with a new concept, to Outstanding Service Awards now that we are scaling up our offering and providing value to such a huge array of clients!”
Robert Ogden, CEO and Founder of Renewable Exchange
Renewable Exchange supports over 1700 independent generators in accessing the market and securing high value PPA contracts. The recognition shows trust and appreciation for the services provided.
Scottish Green Energy Awards showcase the very best of the industry and honour the people, organisations and communities going above and beyond towards achieving net-zero. We are very proud and honoured to be nominated.
Claire Mack, chief executive of Scottish Renewables, which runs the awards, said: “Once again I am truly astounded by the quality of nominations we have received for this year’s award ceremony. Our judges, as ever, struggled to pick even the shortlist, let alone the winners. The contenders represent the innovation, dedication and passions of an industry which is deploying new generation and maintaining the infrastructure which now provides the equivalent of 97.4 per cent of the electricity we use in Scotland whilst bringing socio-economic benefits across the country.” (quote credit to John O’Groat Journal)
We’re also very pleased to see some of our partners and clients among nominees in other categories, including Allt an Lagain Hydro Scheme nominated for the Sustainable Development Award and Hoy Development Trust shortlisted for the Best Community Project Award.

We’re looking forward to the awards ceremony in December!
